The CR-280 is a monster. As the biggest of all our machines, it can roast up to 280 kg (616 lbs) per batch. That’s nearly 2,500 pounds of coffee per hour!

Even with that capacity, the CR-280 still uses the same unique infrared technology as our IR-series roasters. With this machine, you can be sure that your process is both as clean and energy-efficient as possible. Because of the even heat distribution and fewer harmful gases passing through the beans, even a 280 kg batch will feel boutique.
